I want to evict my tenant and collect outstanding rent arrears:

The following documents are required to issue a county court summons:

1.

Copy of the latest assured shorthold tenancy agreement.

2.

Full details of rent arrears due.

3.

Any other information that may be of assistance to issue the summons.

We offer a fixed cost fee of £99 to £250 + VAT to issue the county court summons, plus a court fee which is fixed by the court and is dependent on the amount being claimed. We can issue a county court summons with 24 hours of being instructed and fees being paid.

Simply fill in your details and basic requirements and we will deal with your enquiry immediately >>>
