shorthold tenancy agreement.

be of assistance to issue the summons. |
We offer a fixed cost fee of £99 to £250 +
VAT to issue the county court summons, plus a court fee which is fixed by the
court and is dependent on the amount being claimed. We can issue a county court
summons with 24 hours of being instructed and fees being paid.
